The combination of a hand lever hot embossing press and a precise film feed with a branded laser is unique so far. This makes it possible to emboss security features on admission tickets, passports or other documents as a final work step. This ensures that no admission tickets end up on the market due to overproduction by third parties or forgeries.

Of course, standard embossing work can also be embossed with repeat accuracy on a sheet format up to A4 using appropriate printing blocks for hot or blind embossing.

Various blocks are available for this purpose. For constantly recurring jobs, a support plate with firmly affixed blocks can be exchanged.

For use in the event area or mobile use, there is a suitable transport case with tool inserts made of hard foam.

The basic machine is based on the P01 embossing press, which has been on the market for 30 years and has been sold more than 400 times. Due to its robust construction and sophisticated kinematics, it creates an embossing force of 5 kN (500 kg) with 50 N (5 kg) force applied to the press hand lever. A skilled operator can emboss approx. 600 pieces per hour.

Each machine is custom built and can be optimised to suit the application. A wide range of accessories for the tried and tested P01 embossing press is available for this purpose. Solutions that go beyond embossing, such as punching, heat sealing, riveting or plastic welding, have also already been implemented.
